Restaurateur and entrepreneur, Michael J. Cordúa, is celebrating 21 years in Houston, Texas, blazing a trail of New World cuisine that keeps critics raving. Today, Michael Cordúa is the owner and executive chef of six Houston area restaurants - Churrascos River Oaks, Churrascos Westchase, Américas Post Oak, Amazón Grill, Artista and Américas Woodlands, as well as MjC Events, a full service catering company. He is scheduled to open a third Américas location in the heart of River Oaks, Fall 2010.
